Monitoring and maintenance
Ongoing monitoring and maintenance for your systems.
We check devices and connections remotely and plan maintenance through a service plan tailored to your property.
An alert helps identify an issue, but does not mean a repair has already been carried out. We agree what to check, whom to contact and how to handle alerts, separating automated monitoring from team support.

Monitoring and maintenance
Automated checks and staff availability are separate. The plan specifies hours, alert handling and agreed response arrangements; it does not imply continuous human support.
Networks, connections and compatible equipment. The plan lists the devices covered and the information checked.
Included work, additional visits and charges are defined in the plan. An alert may need a remote check or an on-site visit.
