What data we collect and why
- Contact form and configurator: name, email, phone, requested service, message and area. We use them only to answer your request and arrange a site survey (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Automated assistant: when enabled, the conversation messages and the public text of the section from which you open the assistant are processed by OpenAI through its API to generate the reply. Do not enter sensitive data in the chat. If you ask to be contacted, your details are sent to the team by email.
- Technical data: the site is hosted on a Hostinger VPS. The server uses your IP address to limit abuse; temporary counters stored on the server contain pseudonymous identifiers and request fingerprints to prevent duplicate submissions, without message content.
Retention
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, where work is carried out, for the statutory accounting and tax obligations. Conversations with the assistant are not stored by the site beyond the session.
Recipients
Technical providers used for enabled features: Hostinger (hosting), OpenAI (AI assistant), Google Workspace (mail and form email delivery). No transfer to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@r3dlink.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. It only uses the browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference, so no consent banner is required.
