Pause and plan-change options depend on the service available for your account. We check current terms and what cameras or other devices need before choosing.
Another available connection can provide backup. Switching and application behaviour need configuration and testing; no single connection removes every possible interruption.
Installation and ongoing services are separate. If you need monitoring or maintenance, we agree the devices, checks and support in a dedicated plan.
