Smart access
Each guest, their own access.
For B&Bs, holiday homes, villas and small hotels: we plan access credentials and schedules around the way your property works.
Project-based quoteDevices, integrations and any subscriptions are specified after the system assessment.
Who it is for
Different people. Access to organise.
Handing over a key becomes complicated when arrival times change, staff visit at different hours and you manage several properties. We start with who needs to enter, through which door and when. Then we choose the technology.
B&Bs and holiday homes
Access for each stay, clear instructions and a procedure for guests who need help.
Villas
Separate permissions for owners, visitors, cleaners and maintenance staff.
Small hotels
We assess shared entrances and rooms, staff roles and compatibility with existing systems.
The starting point
Keys to hand over and collect
Late arrivals and multiple copies make it difficult to keep track of who can still enter.
One code shared by everyone
Guests and staff have different needs. A single permanent credential does not reflect them.
What we plan
Individual credentials
We configure separate access and, where supported, an expiry linked to a stay or shift.
A clear handover
We define who grants and revokes access and how to help a guest when something goes wrong.
Try the actions before the installation
You are out. Someone is at the door.
A door, a gate, a delivery: try what a compatible system could do from your phone.
Closed
An authorised guest has arrived. Simulate unlocking the door from a smartphone.
“Please leave the parcel in the delivery area beside the gate. Thank you.”
The demo does not use a camera or microphone. Phone calls, opening and state feedback depend on hardware, configuration, power and connectivity. Opening remains your choice.

Discuss your installationIn the project
Assess first. Then configure.
- Assessment of doors, locks, shared entrances and permission to carry out the work
- Network, power and battery-management assessment where relevant
- Roles and credentials supported by the selected hardware
- Access, expiry and revocation tests using an agreed scenario
- Instructions for managers and guests, with an alternative access procedure
Practical situations
What it could look like in practice.
Illustrative examples: functions and procedures are defined around your system.
A guest arrives in the evening
Illustrative scenario: the manager prepares access for the agreed period and sends instructions. The guest uses the available method, a code or app, without a fresh key handover for every arrival.
A member of staff changes
Illustrative scenario: cleaners have a separate permission. When an engagement ends, the manager revokes it without changing everyone else’s credentials.
How we work
From the first conversation to an on-site test.
Map the entrances
We collect door counts, lock photos and models, user types and your arrival procedures.
Agree rules and devices
We confirm the available features, costs and any subscriptions before work begins.
Test a guest stay
We test a valid credential, an expired one and revocation. We provide instructions and agree support arrangements.
Frequently asked questions
Answers before you choose.
It depends on the door, cylinder and locking mechanism. Photos and model details help with the initial assessment; compatibility must be confirmed before installation.
Not necessarily. Some systems support codes or other credentials, while others require an app. We choose a method after checking guest needs and device capabilities.
Yes, with systems that support time-limited access. We check how credentials are created, updated and revoked, and test expiry before handover.
Behaviour depends on the device. We distinguish local access from remote management, assess power requirements and define an alternative procedure to test on site.
