The guest arrives
The required arrival and identity checks are completed on arrival, then the guest uses the authorised access method, a code or app where available. If there is a problem, they contact the designated person.
The stay ends
The permission expires or is revoked according to the selected system. Staff keep their own credentials and separate rules.
