Porto Cervo · Owners and property managers

Several entrances. One considered plan.

Gate, front door, service entrance: we design remote opening, video intercoms and separate permissions for villas in Porto Cervo, starting with an assessment of existing systems.

Project-based quoteFeatures, devices and any subscriptions are confirmed after assessment.

Start with the people entering your property.

Owners, guests and contractors use a villa differently. A useful plan connects each entrance to specific people and situations: a delivery while you are out, arriving guests, maintenance while the house is closed.

Know which entrance is calling

We label entrances and define call recipients for a compatible video intercom.

Decide who receives access

We separate roles and permissions, using temporary credentials only on devices that support them.

Understand what a command means

Opening, gate-status feedback and video checks are different functions. The project specifies which ones are included.

An example, step by step

A delivery while you are out.

An illustrative scenario for a villa with a compatible video intercom and entrance.

  1. The courier rings at the gate

The configured phone receives the call if the network and service are available. You see the visitor and answer.

  2. Give instructions

Agree where to leave the parcel. You can end the conversation without opening any entrance.

  3. Open only if needed

If you decide to allow access and the system supports it, send the command. Actual entrance status requires sensors or a separate check.

Try the actions before the installation

You are out. Someone is at the door.

A door, a gate, a delivery: try what a compatible system could do from your phone.

An authorised guest has arrived. Simulate unlocking the door from a smartphone.

The demo does not use a camera or microphone. Phone calls, opening and state feedback depend on hardware, configuration, power and connectivity. Opening remains your choice.

In the project

A plan built around your villa.

  • Map of gates, front doors and service entrances
  • Existing gate automation and video intercom models
  • Network coverage at the property boundary too
  • Roles for family, property managers and contractors
  • Offline behaviour and local access methods to retain

Frequently asked questions

Answers before you choose.

Not necessarily. We identify models and cabling to establish what can be integrated and what might need updating. Compatibility is never assumed.

Yes, where the system supports them. We assess roles, time schedules and permission revocation according to the entrances and work involved.

That needs compatible feedback, such as a sensor included in the project. Sending a command does not establish the gate’s actual state.

Location, number and type of entrances, equipment models and the people who need access. Device photos are useful; avoid including credentials or opening codes.
