Why the survey is the most important part
A quote made over the phone is a gamble. A quote made after the survey is a commitment: we know where cables run, how many access points are needed, whether the sky is clear for Starlink and where cameras go. That is why we always propose it, and why it is worth arriving prepared: half an hour well spent saves weeks.
1. A floor plan, even hand-drawn
A sketch with rooms, floors and approximate sizes is enough. If you have the cadastral or architect's plan, even better.
2. Where the lines come in
The point where fibre or ADSL enters, where the provider's router sits, whether there are already network cables in the walls. A photo is worth more than a description.
3. Photos of the electrical panel and technical room
They tell us where to power switch, router, NVR and alarm hub, and whether a small rack or a UPS should be planned.
4. What does not work today
"No signal in the bedroom", "the POS freezes on Saturdays", "the cameras only work from home": concrete symptoms take us straight to the problem.
5. Who uses the network and what for
How many people, how many devices, whether there are guests, staff, cameras, home automation. Sizing depends on this.
6. Current contracts and subscriptions
Carrier, SIMs, any Starlink already active: we work out what to keep and what to change without paying twice.
7. Access to roof and garden
For Starlink and outdoor cameras we need to see where to mount antennas and devices and how to route cables. If the roof is only reachable with a ladder, tell us beforehand.
What happens next
Within a few days you receive a quote with the solution diagram: what we install, where, and what it costs. If you prefer, you can already describe your case to the assistant or through the form: we arrive with clear ideas.
